Deposit Guarantee
At time of booking a deposit is required for the first
nights rent plus tax. This will be refundable only if
the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to expected arrival.
This may be paid either by mastercard, visa or cheque.
A credit card will be held on file and guests are responsible
for any damages to the property.

Housekeeping
Your vacation unit does provide linens, towels, paper supplies, soaps and laundry
facilities. Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rates,
but can be provided upon request prior to your arrival for a fee. We do not
expect you to clean the condo prior to departure, but ask that you leave the
condo tidy, dishes put in the dishwasher and switched on before leaving. Please
make sure that the barbeque is wiped down and no food particles left to attract
insects.
Check In/Out
CHECK-INS
Check in is at The Piccadilly, 4874 St. Joseph St., Radium
between the hours of 4:00-11:00 PM. If you are going to
be arriving after check in hours please notify us so that
arrangements may be made to meet you.
CHECK OUT TIME
Check out time is 11:00 AM on your departure day and final
payment will be charged to your credit card upon receipt
of the keys, which must be returned to The Piccadilly. A
property inspection will be done within 2 days of your departure,
and any damages or losses will be noted . A Piccadilly representative
will notify you immediately of any repair or replacement
costs.
Noise and Quiet Time
Please remember you are staying in a privately owned property,
therefore, please show consideration to your neighbours
and respect the 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM quiet time.
Failure
to do this may result in immediate eviction.

Terms and Conditions
Your vacation rental is strictly non smoking and no pets.
Violation of this policy will result in charges of one
nights rental. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck.
Guests are responsible for any damages to unit,
furnishings
and fixtures.
